    Each "county" seems to be quite different in each State- I track Washington and specifically Clark County which is currently at 22% short sales. 308 total transactions in February with 132 non distressed, 113 REO and 63 short sales. (62 short sales in January)

      I agree Bill. Pierce county up near Tacoma has alot more distressed home sales as compared to Seattle & King county
