    Showed a house to Buyers where the Seller provided all the receipts for all the upgrades they had done to the house since buying it years ago. Nearly $100,000 worth. Every estimate, every warranty, owner’s manual, paid receipt. Second showing, I dad occasion to speak with this FSBO seller in the driveway while waiting for my buyers to arrive. She cheerfully told me they were moving because their kids were, and I quote “deathly allergic to mold”. After some prompting, they THEN provided estimates and receipts for the new carpet, drywall, ceiling tile, mold testing and remediation. It was sort of like “disclosing”.
