Earlier this month at our annual retreat, the KCM Crew set out to truly define the beliefs that drive us every day to do what we do.

We were committed to establishing the actual “WHY” of KCM. Here it is:

“We believe every family should feel confident when buying and selling a home.

KCM helps real estate agents reach these families and enables the agent to simply & effectively explain a complex housing market.”

We want to make sure every family feels comfortable in the home buying/selling process. We want to arm you with the tools and resources to accomplish this goal. That is why we come to work every day.

    This presentation was awesome. We can take something away from this so we know WHY we are realtors. This should have a major impact on our relationships with our clients.
