Steve – so well said. That is one thing that I have always enjoyed about Shorewest, Shorewest agents aren’t afraid to share why the are successful. We just recently finished our annual Roundtable where some of the most successful agents in our Company shared their “secrets of success” with anyone who wanted to listen.
And I would add one more point. The better the agents around me get, the more I have to push myself to stay ahead of the competition. Sharing knowledge can only lead to me and my business becoming stronger.
