    Overall cost is something many people fail to take into consideration but your smarter home buyers seem to understand and want to take full advantage of. I would also like to add to this post that with rents facing a double digit increase and with the cost of borrowing money at an all time low, now is the PRIME time to be purchasing investment properties!!

    Real estate has always been a long term investment but it is also a place you call home and build memories. When most people retire, their home is their biggest asset. President Kennedy’s father during the depression sold his stocks and bought up real estate that is still bringing in income to his family today. Yes, this is the best time to buy in years!
