# of Homes would have been helpful in the New Single Family Stats.
Hmmm. So does this mean the government now owns about 5 times as much single family new construction as it did five years ago?
why no # of homes? That would be the best figure to have!
Here are the number of homes for those who asked (@88ca6e36247c68bf3b8ada6b5b230d25:disqus & @4a2237ebf6b2737065bafd91bae2fdcd:disqus):
@88ca6e36247c68bf3b8ada6b5b230d25:disqus @4a2237ebf6b2737065bafd91bae2fdcd:disqus – The number of homes are:
2011 – 306,000
2006 – 1,051,000
It appears sub-prime, Alt-A mortgages were lumped with conventional. How much of this grouping does sub-prime, Alt-A represnet?
Sorry @facebook-1497513218:disqus, but the Census Bureau report didn’t break out those numbers.
This comparison and the numbers have spread such a decent information. That showing a good status of buyers that cash purchase rate has been increased.
