      I totally agree with Justin. I’ve been a Realtor for 12 years and have seen the changes occurring monthly with new technology and Listing Presentations. In my opinion it has never been about “how great we are” or our accomplishments, but completely about what we or myself can do for you, the Seller or Buyer. At the end of the day, no matter what we have earned with regards to awards, testimonials or commissions, it’s about the job we do for our clients. Prospecting is the key for success in the real estate business and how well we listen to the needs of our clients. We can’t get in the door without listening first. All the best!
