    When I listed and sold homes, this battle was fought often with sellers. If the perception of the public is that part of the home selling process is to run an ad in the newspaper, real estate professionals will be forever running ads and shelling out $$$ to the newspaper companies. Here is the new challenge: There may be a time when public perception changes and the belief of the public regarding the sale of homes shifts from running ads in newspapers to running ads in Zillow. When that happens, you will become captive to Zillow (Trulia, Yahoo, et all), just as you have been captive to the newspapers for so many years…but it doesn’t have to be that way and you CAN «take back your future.»
