You’ve seen her share KCM’s expert housing market insights in keynotes and webinars so real estate agents can grow their business, help more clients, and stand out as the go-to expert in their market.

Kate was recently honored by her undergraduate alma mater, the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond, for leading students and alumni on delivering an elevator pitch. Her impact has been exponential in that space, with over 12 years of dedicated service. She is a core value award winner at KCM and has received the highest company honor, the North Star Award, in her previous business strategist role at a Fortune 500 company.

Kate graduated from the University of Richmond in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies and Communication Studies. She completed a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Lehigh University in 2004.
