Today, you need an INDUSTRY LEADER

We are at a very interesting crossroad in the real estate industry. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you should not deal with ‘just anyone’ in real estate. You need someone who can explain what is happening in the market and help you understand your options. You want an expert, an industry leader.

What makes someone a leader in an industry? How can you tell which is the professional that will best be able to guide you? Let’s take a look at how some great leaders define leadership:

“The only safe ship in a storm is leadership.” – Faye Wattleton

“A leader is one who knows the way and shows the way.” – John C. Maxwell

“Leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through doubt to offer a solution everybody can understand.” – General Colin Powell

If we add these up, we have the definition of an industry leader: a safe ship in the storm, who knows the way and shows the way and is able to simplify things and offer a solution everybody can understand.

In the real estate market today:

The financial markets are in a storm. Find a loan officer who can help you accomplish your financial goals when purchasing a home

There is tremendous confusion in the market. Find a real estate agent who knows the way and can show you the way.

You deserve to know your options. Find a professional who can simplify things and offer a solution that makes sense.

Find that industry leader!!

    Steve and Crew –

Great post. I hope that your follow up post to this will be, “How to BE an Industry Leader!” I know that this is the focal point of all that you preach here at KCM, but sometimes we need to hear it very very clearly.

It’s great that you have written this though, because as much as we expect the general public to think like this, more often than not they don’t. Keep up the good work.
