What exactly does “…CAN net you 13% more than FSBO’ing” mean? Are there statistics supporting it?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The data we used to make this Infographic comes from NAR’s Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. Chapter 8 in the report is specifically about FSBOs. The 13% statistic that you see here is the difference in prices netted between a FSBO and an Agent Assisted sale.
