Rent Vs. Own [INFOGRAPHIC] | Keeping Current Matters

Some Highlights:

  • Owning your own home vs. renting may lead to some great options, such as locking in your monthly payments and having the freedom to customize your living space.
  • Whether you rent or own, you have to cover someone’s mortgage costs. You may as well be doing so to build your own wealth, rather than that of your landlord.
  • Renting and owning both have up-front fees when you sign your lease or close, respectively. Think about putting that money to work for you!

Owning a home is better than rental homes. Living on rent may restrict you with a lot of things that you may want in your house but an owned house is the place where you are the master. Residential apartments or building a house on a plot both are more beneficial than a rental house. Nice Infographic! It clearly mentions the pros and cons of having a rental or owned house.

Para poder comprar tu primera casa, es casi seguro que deberás ahorrar y quizás la renta de una vivienda sea el vehículo que te permita lograrlo al tener un gasto mensual menor y ahorrar poco a poco el excedente que esa diferencia te da.
